2.0 History of the Broadband Debate

“Will the U.S. Fall Behind in Tech?” is the alarming question posed in an article by David Kirkpatrick in the October 2002 edition of Fortune Magazine. He wrote about Intel and Microsoft’s CTOs who worried about the three main issues why the United States may soon cede its tech leadership in the world. Broadband Access was one of the most crucial factors they cited.
